Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the musculoskeletal system.
Chiropractors practice a manual approach, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints.

Since my days as a competitive runner, Chiropractic care has helped me immensely. I’ve been able to resolve injuries, improve my running biomechanics, and compete for Canada on national teams across the globe. This experience inspired me to pursue my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. My passion is helping runners get to the finish line injury free and in personal best form.

From this, I discovered the important role that proper pelvic alignment has in a healthy, pain free pregnancy, as well as the importance of rehabilitation postpartum. I am Webster Technique certified, and a member of the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.
